Officer will have to check the demand of the schools which get free textbooks for Std. 1 to 8 coming under the jurisdiction of the taluka / municipality.
The requirement of textbook for all the above schools will be checked by the Hon'ble Director, Primary Education, Gandhinagar and then the work of delivering the textbook to the place of Talukra / Municipality has been started. Thus, you are informed to enter the required information of the textbooks for the academic year: 2021-22 and to complete the above work from your level by 03/03/2021 in your district municipality login.
Online Textbooks Indent System: 2021-22 Std. 1 to 8 - Procedure for registration at school level: 1, To enter data in the on-line textbook indent system by the school, the school has to register on the website gsbstb.online.
2. Register the school by giving the name and mobile number of the headmaster using the school's own UDISE code, type of school Government, subsidized, KGBV. Ashram School, Model School and choose the medium. A school of Std. 1 to 8 should choose its own taluka / municipality. - Std. If there is a school from 1 to 12, they have to select both the taluka municipality and the svs.
3. Without Std. 1 to 8 - Value Textbooks Meet the school from the taluka municipality selected by the school.
4. If there is a change in the name and mobile of the head teacher of the school, the school can change the information by contacting its taluka primary education officer or governor. (It is necessary to provide UDISE code.)
5. The school will select the standard, medium, subject, enter the required number of textbooks (as per CTS) and submit.
